Hello! I cannot see my followers on my stats page, though I know for sure that several new ones sign

  I had a few people signed up to follow my blog, but they do not appear on my stats page. I know that they emailed the confirmation page, etc. What do I need to do?

  Hi Anna,

  Do you know the email address or the WordPress.com username of the people who aren’t appearing as followers on your stats page? I can use that information to investigate this for you.

  (You can paste email addresses directly in your reply, and our software will automatically hide them from anyone but staff to keep that information private.)

  Hi Anna,

  The first email you mentioned ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) is subscribed to your site. I checked your stats page, and I do see that follower listed there.

  Since that person is an email follower, rather than a WordPress.com follower, you’ll need to use the dropdown menu in the Followers section on the stats page to switch to looking at your list of email followers. Please let me know if you have any trouble with that!

  I also checked the send email you mentioned ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) but that person is not yet subscribed to your site. They’ll need to head to your site and enter their email address to subscribe there. If they have any trouble subscribing, please let me know. :)
