  Hello, I just uploaded a new post, but it has appeared in my list of posts with the wrong date on it – February! Why has this happened and how can I fix it??

  Hi there,

  Was this a post that was in draft status since February? I’ve seen that a post may remain on the same day you originally started the draft as opposed to day you actually published the post. What is the URL of the post that did this and I’ll take a look for you.

  Yes that’s exactly what happened! I often have posts that get started quite a while before they are actually posted, but this is the first time this has happened. The URL is https://wordpress.com/post/mumsmarblesblog.wordpress.com/6301

  Hi there,

  You can alter the publish date to the date/time that you originally wanted it to be published:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/show-your-posts-in-chronological-order/#alter-the-publish-date

  If you have draft posts, I would just check the date and time that are set before you post them moving forward.

  This has come up before and I will definitely look into this for you. Not sure if it is a bug, though.
