  Hello, Just looking at your plans. Your premium plans. Just want to be clear. If you pay for a premium plan, the costs listed on the them thumbnails are an extra one-time cost above that?

  The Premium plan and Premium themes are different things. You can have a free plan and buy a Premium theme as a once-only purchase for the life of the site, but the site will only have the features supported by the free plan.
  Or you can upgrade to the Premium plan, which you renew annually. This, among other things such as a free custom domain, gives you access to all and any of the Premium themes for no extra cost as long as you renew the Premium plan each year. https://wordpress.com/pricing/
