Hello it appears that my user name and password has been changed from when I set up my account. Please review and see my prior account created for alphararrimusicdistribution.com was Alph107. Somehow it has changed and all of my plugins have been deativated

I can’t speak to what happened with the plugins, but your host can likely help you restore a backup if needed. I’d reach out to them.
Regarding the username, are you using /wp-admin to log in?
If that isn’t working, your host may be able to help you make backups and use one of these recovery options:
