  Hi there,

  The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here own only one site, http://juliannarvaez.wordpress.com/. There are no license keys required to use a WordPress.com site, besides which that site is empty and hasn’t been used since 2012.

  Please confirm what site you are working on, and exactly where you’re seeing a message about a license key, then we might be able to point you to the right place for help with this.

  All signs point to the fact that your site is a self-hosted WordPress.org site hosted with Go Daddy, not a WordPress.com hosted site.

  To clear up any confusion, self-hosted WordPress sites and WordPress.com are two, different entities, but the essential difference is that we don’t have access to all WordPress sites, only ones hosted on our WordPress.com servers. For more information, please see:
