Hello. Wanting to create a site using a GD domain cannot access.

I had a Go Daddy domain which GD said I could move to WP so can make my site. I confirmed with them I have a site but they said in the process of creating one with WP there will be a time to load it in. But I can’t even seem to start creating a WP site. It’s so frustrating. I need help!
I’m so lost on what to do. Please help.Also everytime I’m about to purchase something it is listed in DKK! I’m in the US!
