hellotomara domain name and blog is messed up

My blog name is Hellotomara.wordpress.com and I want to delete my blog and would like to delete my account due to the fact that I had bought a domain name from namecheap.com and try to map my domain name over to wordpress, which it did. But the problem that i’m having is I cant figure out the DNS code to point my email to my blog page, and when I type in my domain name it’s taking me back to the site where I purchase it from. I would like if someone can help me by fixing my domain name to my free wordpress site; and another problem I having is something wrong with my blog with the codes or analytics or something that is not displaying my blog like the others I see.
