  Hello. i asked for help through chat on how to request a refund for the subscription charge that’s come out of my bank account today but the link they sent didn’t work. I’ve looked on my purchase history but nothing is showing? i really can’t afford this as i am a student with no income and i desperately need a refund asap. thank you
