  I went to access my wordpress dashboard and got an update required window…. When I click to update, it gives me a 504 timeout error. All it allows is the same thing over and over again…. PLEASE HELP!

  By the way, if you’re using our managed hosting, we take care of maintenance and security for you, so it sounds like the site may not be hosted here with us.

  If that is the case, I’d recommend reaching out to your host first. They can likely help you restore a backup or manually update your WordPress installation if needed.
