  I am trying to add a new theme but it says I don’t have a website??? I am going insane…please help me

  Hi there,

  This is an issue regarding stacierameybooks.com yes? I see that the “owner” stacierameybooks.com is a different account, and not your @stacieramey login.

  Is it possible that you have more than one account with us? If you log in to your other account (which has the user role of “Administrator” on the site, you will be able to upload your theme and make any other changes.

  Also it’s worth noting that if you are logged in under the admin account for that site, you would have access to priority email support here, and would not need to post in our public forums: https://wordpress.com/help/contact
