  with a little help I’ve set up a blog – the dialysis transplant stroke journey. I’ve filled in my home and about pages – and ground to a halt……I now need further help to get me up and running. can anyone, especially my site, help??

  one anomaly – there appears to be different spellings throughout of ‘dialysis’ v ‘dyalysis’. to confirm – the correct spelling is/should be ‘dialysis’. does this need to be sorted first?
