  Which site are you trying to access the dashboard of? You are currently logged in to your empty WordPress.com site. Hallsbusinesscoaching.com isn’t hosted here. You need to contact HostGator for help logging in to that site. There is no phone support at WordPress.com but there may well be at HostGator. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
