  I’m trying to put my plug in for Clickky

  Hi there,

  Are you trying to installing the plugin on this site
  “teamnohandsnet.wordpress.com”?

  If your site is upgraded with WordPress.com Business plan then only you’ll be able to add “Custom Plugins” & “Themes” or “Clickky” plugin which you said you wish to install (only from the WordPress.org Plugin Directory & should be up-to-date & with compatibility issues).

  I can’t promise if that Clickky plugin will work if you upgrade with WordPress.com Business plan or else you can move your site to the self-hosted version of WordPress.

  If you’d like to self-manage third-party ad networks like Google AdSense, OpenX, Lijit, BuySellAds, and Vibrant Media, those options are available on the WordPress.com Business Plan. Sites on the Premium Plan and below can run WordAds, which optimizes buyers including Google AdSense but they cannot self-manage ad networks.
