  Hi there, if you are talking about doing that on a site hosted here at WordPress.com, you would need the WordPress.com Personal, Premium or Business plan to get a custom domain name, or map an existing domain name to a site here.

  Can you verify which site you are wanting to add the domain to, and if you already own the domain?
