  Are you talking about kevinsexteriorcleaning.com. Are you logged in to the correct account associated with that upgrade/domain? I’ve tagged this thread to ask if a member of staff could advise you further.

  The domain is not under the account you are contacting us from but rather the WordPress.com account bighouselittleprairie. Do you have access to that account? You’ll need to log into that account to confirm ownership of the upgrade in order for us to cancel it for you. Alternately, if you can provide a transaction ID to confirm ownership of the upgrade, and we’ll cancel it out for you.
