  I am reluctant to spend money on a paid for site. Firstly I cannot seem to scroll down the editing pages I am trying to work on. Nothing on my keyboard works – I use Chromebook laptop. Also, there are many hundreds of complaints and unanswered issues published by unhappy users. Before I purchase a paid for account I want your tech support telephone number and direct email address please, thank you!

  wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support. If you purchased a plan, you have access to live chat support. To access live chat support make sure you are logged in to the account that bought a wordpress.com plan.
