    I keep getting this alert.

    It sounds like you may be in the wrong place for help. Based on that message, I believe you’re set up on the open source WordPress installation. Help for that comes from your hosting provider or the dedicated community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    At WordPress.com we offer a managed hosting environment and our business plan would be required in order to use any plugins with us.
