Again, the account you are currently logged into is not the account which owns the site.
Therefore, the email address on the account you’re currently logged into (the one you quoted here) is also not the email address on the account which owns site.
We sent the access information to the email address on the account which owns the site.
We absolutely will not send access information to just any random email address claiming to be the owner. That would be quite the security hole.
Your only options are to either use the access information sent in the email to the email address on the account which owns the site, or provide proof of ownership via https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form
We consider this a security matter and will absolutely never hand over access of a site to anyone claiming to own it without the proper proof of ownership.
