Hi, so i have a problem. I created my username and password the other day for wordpress. I then heard that I have to buy a package trough Neoserve first – in my country a site that goes trough hosting. I there got a domain I overwrote this wordpress, but I can not enter my new wordpress that is why I can not even connect y woocomerce . It only works witht the old password on this email. Does anybody have a clue what i should do? Thanks a lot!

And a good thing to clarify is:
– Are you trying to use WordPress.com?
– Are you trying to use the open source WordPress.org software?There’s two different versions of WordPress. The instructions that I share are going to depend on which version you’re trying to use.

Thank you, I see… Didn’t know that there are 2!!
So I don’t know… now I have to contact my help on hosting and then continue. As i enter my dashboard now i can see that it writes .org… but if i login my password doesnt work. so i dont know nothing anymore. so i will continue tomorrow… this sucks this computer things – not for me at all heh -

that works, my admin url works…… still didn’t do anything with my site though. when I log out I end up on word press org.. but if i want to login to that site again via login my login doesnt work, i do not exist. just the url admin that they gave me works. ??As I understand i downloaded this: —- A new installation of WordPress 5.2.2 has been completed..

That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
