  Hi there, you can sign up for a website under the business plan when you create a new site at https://wordpress.com/start/site-type or click on the Business plan option on the pricing page at https://wordpress.com/pricing/ More about the Business plan here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/business-plan/

  There’s no phone support on WordPressdotcom but once you have an upgrade plan, you’ll also have access to Live Chat and email support. https://en.support.wordpress.com/live-chat/#phone-support
