Hello, a few months ago I hired a freelancer from outside of USA to help me built a website for a freelancing business, this guy also offered me the hosting and domain service and I paid for both for a year term, he never gave an access to the control panel of the site, just sent me a link where I can access to my website. The thing is I don’t know what happened to my website but two weeks ago safari doest let me access to it, I tried EVERYTHING what I’ve been reading on WordPress blogs, apple support, etc. But I still cant get access at all to my site, and I asked for help to this company who I have the hosting with and after two weeks I haven’t had any help from them, so Im desperate because I’ve been working on this site for almost five months and it was almost ready to make it public, so please help me. The site is on ‘coming soon mode’, so even when I already paid for hosting, domain, SSL certificate is not public yet. Thank you

Your account is only 50 minutes old and doesn’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform. from what you tell it looks as if your site uses the open source wordpress.org. To be sure, what is the url of your site?

We can’t help you as your site is not running on the wordpress.com platform. Your domain is registered with Google Domains but I can’t find a hosting company. You need to contact your hosting again because they are the only one who can help you in this matter.

I already asked for help so many times but this guy is not professional and hasn’t even told me anything about this issue, but thanks a lot now at least I know that there’s a hope to get access to the WordPress administrator thought them. Thank you
