  How can I email WordPress to get help? This page is so confusing and it would be a lot easier if it were actual costumer service here!

  Wordpress.com doesn’t have email support for free accounts. A good starting point to learn using wordpress.com is https://wordpress.com/learn/.
  If you still have some questions, you can post them in this public forum. If necessary we can ask help from Staff.

  Thankyou for the link, but I ordered a paid subscription but the payment did not went trough. That is what I need their help about, since my domene couldn’t be transferred for some reason.

  What upgrade did you buy, and what domain are you trying to transfer?

  I don’t see any attempted purchases in this account, which means the checkout form was never submitted to our servers. Did you see any error while trying to make your payment? If so, on exactly which screen did you see it, and what is the exact text of the error message?
