  Hello
  My name is Stanescu Alexandru and I write to you from Romania.
  I had a wordpress account (alexandrustanescu67 – user) that I owned with my wife. In this account we have the sites:
  http://www.ifyoulovecooking – wife
  and two sites of mine,
  http://www.digital-point-studio.com yes
  http://www.fotografiidecolectie.wordpress.com
  I recently divorced my wife and this one, out of revenge, deleted my two sites, namely, http://www.digital-point-studio.com and
  http://www.fotografiidecolectie.wordpress.com.
  Until clarification of the differences between us in the court, please ignore the request for deletion of the two sites and the domain http://www.digital-point-studio.com for which we paid the tax for 1 year.
  I really need the sites to be still visible because I am a photographer, and these sites represent my work.
  For other details I am at your disposal.

  Hi Alexandru,

  I’m afraid we are not able to help you in this case. The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here is less than a day old, and has never been a user on any of the sites you mentioned.

  Those sites were deleted by the account that owned them, and we view the person who owns that account as the sole owner of the sites and any upgrades on them, and cannot undelete any site or restore any upgrade at the request of a third party.

  If you have a court order saying that your wife does not have permission to delete those sites, you can follow our legal guidelines at https://en.support.wordpress.com/report-blogs/legal-guidelines/ to get help with this, but beyond that there is nothing we can do.
