HELP

Last week I signed up for a Word press paid professional level account and purchased the domain ‘dcrenos.co’ . It was not this completely useless account I am currently in. I created this account as my ONLY WAY to get your support as you do not have a helpline to call, and when I go to recover my account it tells me I should not be using the recovery form which loops me back to the ‘change your password form’ which loops me back to the ‘recover your account’ form because it says my username is not activated. I have proof on my credit card that a $120.00 charge went through last Wednesday April 22nd when I paid for the domain, as well as I have a verification email (2 actually) in my account where I was asked to verify my email address. When I click on that I am told the email has expired. When I click to resend it – it simply says :uh oh something went wrong!’
I would like immediate access to the ORIGINAL account I set up last week under (email visible only to moderators and staff) with the domain of dcrenos.co or I would like an immediate refund for this absolutely ridiculous situation and the complete lack of customer support available.
