  In September last year (2019) I bought a domain and hosting package through Zen and then I built a website using WordPress.

  I have recently purchased a new domain name, again through Zen, and have pointed the DNS to the site that I previously built so that I could just make some small amendments.

  However, I am logged into WordPress and cannot see either my old or new domain address.

  It’s like I’ve totally lost how to get to the dashboard area to work on it. But I know the domain is live because I can find it online

  Any help?

  wordpress.com is in no way related to your hosting with Zen. WordPress.com offers hosting for their own system. Hosting with Zen uses the open source wordpress.org, https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/.
  Normally you can log in to your wordpress.org website throught http://www.websitename.ext/wp-admin/
