HELP

It seems my account is hardly recognized! It even took DAYS for me to log in here! I paid for this site and i am hardly getting to use any of the support!
First, I will need to go through my passwords because one works for my dashboard however it is not recognized when i log into any other aspect of WordPress..
And the main reason I am here is that my site is NOT recognized. I am trying to gain access to the analytics however when i go to install, it is not recognizing my site!
Please please help!!
