    Hi,

    I used the Envo Online Store template. The website is already with the client. He has the data from the Store Manager. He called me because when he try to put a photo (on a product), when he click on the gallery, there is no normal option to add a photo. And then when he tries to write a text in the description, what he writes appears in white, he can only see it when he double-clicks and the text is selected in blue.

    Could it be a question with the template? Or is it wordpress?

    Because everything works on my computer. Is this a ‘Store Manager’ problem?

    If you have WooCommerce installed on a WordPress.com Business Plan or have a paid WooCommerce extension on a self-hosted site you can open a ticket while logged into your account at:

    https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/

    But, if your site is self-hosted and built using the WordPress.org open software, you’ll need to seek assistance from their forums which can be found at:

    https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce
