HELP!!!!!!

    I had gone through Bluehost to start my blog. WordPress comes with it. As I browse through here I see my primary domain name is the one Bluehost support agent had used to help me out with issues I had with Bluehost. When I try and change it to my domain name, it tells me it is already taken……….yes, by me. Then it offers other options at a cost. I also get a pop up saying payment required in cart. Go to cart……………I have no idea what the payment would be for nor do I know where cart is. I am so lost in here. PLEASE HELP!!!!

    what is the domain being shown as primary and what is the domain you want to add?

    Hello…..
    The present primary is xll.zcw.mybluehost.me

    My domain name is. 2B-U.com

    Also, I have noticed that when I go into the WP Admin I get. “ the server with the specified host name could not be found” . Would this be because the domain name is incorrect?

    Hi Deana,

    Your site is hosted with Bluehost and only connected to WordPress.com using a plugin called Jetpack.
    That means, you do not need a new WordPress.com site or purchase our subscriptions. We also can’t help you with your blog here, on WordPress.com.

    To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

    We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
