  I am not sure what I have registered for with WordPress.
  I think I paid for the domain name. Have I set up a web page?

  The site I need help with is brucehardmanart.wordpress.com.

  You did purchase a Personal Plan and the registered domain brucehardmanart.com for it on October 26, but you canceled and refunded both about an hour later.
