  I really need to speak to customer service

  The site I need help with is isantibeadworks.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Hi! The site you mentioned does not using our hosting services. Did you mean to reach out to SiteGround?

  Or, for help with the free WordPress software itself, there’s not a customer service. They do have an excellent forum though:

  These forums are actually for the free sites hosted by WordPress.com, so you’ll find more relevant answers by searching those forums. Or you’d be welcome to move your site here: we do provide direct support with paid plans.
