    I have had a website with you for years and now it does not show up. What happened??? and mostly HOW DO I GET MY WEBSITE BACK??? Where did it go???

    Hi there!

    I see that the domain tendertracks.com is currently pointing to GoDaddy nameservers. We have no record of hosting this site on WordPress.com so it’s likely it’s always been hosted by GoDaddy.

    To clarify, a WordPress site hosted elsewhere uses the WordPress.org software. There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org

    You’re on the WordPress.com support forum where we can provide direct support for sites hosted by us. Since your particular site was not hosted by us, you’ll need to contact the hosting service provider (GoDaddy) to see why the site may not be loading (tendertracks.com loads the site for me, though.)
