    i cant use one template for my website and the header and footer is gone and what i had as the homepage has been deleted. if i reset everything will i lose my media that has been uploaded

    Hello there,

    To check, do you need help with: stranvilleliving.com?

    The reason being is because this site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You may wish to reach out to the hosting provider to see if there’s a restore available.
