  Hello, i have purchased a domain ( ukvacuumpacksolutions.co.uk ) from 123.reg

  I cant seem to remove the word ‘wordpress’ from my url.

  is it linked to my 123 reg?

  Im new to this so please understand…

  Ok, so are you looking to use this domain with: ukvacuumpacksolutions.wordpress.com?

  If yes, you would need to connect this domain as per these steps: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  In order to set a custom primary domain, the site would need to have a paid plan, at a minimum the personal plan, which can be purchased via Upgrades > Plans.
