  This is the only way I could get in to even ask a question. I have a paid account under another word press site. Apparently, I set up my paid account under the same email address as the free site. (this one) Now, whenever I attempt to reset my password, it automatically resets the free account which I never use. I tried changing the email address on file to the free site, which appeared to be successful but now when I try to login to my paid site and ask to reset password, it doesn’t even recognize the email address I used to set it up!! I’m not even able to login to ask for help for my paid account!!! This is extremely frustrating!! And I need some help ASAP as this is my business account. Can someone please help!!
