  MY WORDPRESS.COM BLOG OPENS BUT LIST OF CONTENTS APPEAR AND NOTHING ELSE NO LINK IS WORKING IS MY BLOG BLOCKED.
  I DON’T KNOW WHY ?

  https://preetharman64.wordpress.com/ appears to be a virtually empty site with no published posts, and one default page. Are you referring to a different website/blog?

  no i think the one you r talking about is mine.
  i have not used it for publishing but for reading blogs and commenting/liking them
  i follow blog from this and nothing else
