  Hello,
  I’m pretty disappointed with the version of wordpress I have. I have no idea how the version I have works.
  I manage other websites (eg. https://amagaenvi.org/) and they have been fine to use but my site is a debacle.
  Now it has disappeared and I can’t view anything.
  What do I do??? Please help me.

  Hi there!

  There are two versions of WordPress. They are:

  1. WordPress.com – that’s us.
  2. WordPress.org – it’s the free software that you can use on other hosting companies (not with us).

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it well: WordPress.com vs WordPress.org.

  Your site at amagaenvi.org is a WordPress.com site. It’s hosted by us at WordPress.com (though you own the site on a different account) and we provide support for this site.

  Your site at christinehealey.com.au is using the WordPress.org software. Based on the domain’s nameservers, it looks to be hosted by Namecheap. So you’d need to contact them for help with that site. If they refer you to contact WordPress support for help, the place to ask for help is the WordPress.org support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums
