Help Accessing My Site

Hello! I have a website (sarahlislephotography.com) via wordpress, hosted with HostPapa, and I can not see it on my wordpress login, nor any of my other wordpress accounts. My usual login isn’t working, and when I try to reset the password with my email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) I don’t receive any email to complete the steps. I did just renew my domain name (same name, same provider) with Google a few days ago, and I’m not sure if that’s what is causing the issue, but I currently am unable to view my site/login to work on my site, and this account tells me I do not have any associated sites (maybe the site is with another account and I can’t remember, any help there?) Anyway, obviously I need help. Thank you.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with HostPapa.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.
