Help adding my theme

  I bought a theme from Mojo themes called eventor- http://www.mojo-themes.com/item/eventor-event-management-wordpress-theme/.

  However, their instructions say:

  Go to the backend control panel in your WordPress.
  On the left side you will see “Appearance”. In the drop down menu it produces, click on “Themes”.
  There will be two tabs on the top of the screen menu stating, “Manage Themes” And “Install Themes.” Click on “Install Themes.”
  4.On the top of the “Instal themes page, Click the second option “Upload”

  ***Am I blind? I don’t see the install themes page at all. Or upload. What happened?

  Themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.
