Help!! Can staff please help to delete my site?

Hi, I was asked to cancel my still active (I’ve paid till march 2019) wordpress support that comes with the Premium Upgrade, to be able to delete my site!
Now I still can’t delete my site (probably due to a purchased theme that never expires and can’t be cancelled) but I also can’t get any access to the personal wordpress support anymore, while I’m still paying for it… Please help staff!!… Thanks
