HELP. Cannot log into my account and cannot get my web page up.

  I logged into my account and my normal website address was changed to another. Now I cannot get into my account or see my website. How can this be fixed?

  You succesfully logged in as 0z4x4, but that account has no website. What is the name of your account and the URL of your website?

  my website is supposed to be oz4x4.com.au

  The person who set up my wordpress file is extremely hard to contact and there is heaps of problems.

  So I went into my account and changed wordpress url and site url from https oz4x4.com.au to https shandonent.com.au.

  Now I cannot get access to my wordpress account or the oz4x4 website.

  I got onto cpanel and there is no backup file that I can find. I don’t know what else to do.

  I seems that I have an account called oz4x4 but the web designer called it oz4x4.

  This is what comes up when I paste the link

  To log into cpanel now, I have to use oz4x4721 as my user name. For some reason when I try and log into here using that ursername, I can’t get in
