Help – Can't export my media – Erreur Réseau

  Hi,

  I would like to export my media.
  When I click on Export link, a file begins to be downloaded named “media-export-1662….tar” for a total amount of 752Mo.
  It works a few minutes ; then, when reaching between 150 and 300 Mo, it stops suddently.
  The message “Erreur Réseau” (in french) appears.
  And it tries to download again. And it stops again.

  I tried with two different PC.
  I use Chrome.

  Hi there,

  Try using a download manager like DownThemAll which works on all browsers. This will allow you to resume the download when it times out.

  If this doesn’t work, you can use a download accelerator like Free Download Manager. Those types of downloaders split the file into segments and download them in parallel. This reduces the time it takes to complete the download and prevents any timeouts.

  I used Free Download Manager.
  It worked well.
