    Hi there,

Would you like to keep your domain pointed to your WordPress.com site but link your domain to Office 365 for email service?

If that’s the case, you’ll just need to get the correct DNS records from Office 365 to enter on this end. You can enter custom DNS by going to Store > Domains in your dashboard. The records you’ll need to enter for Office 365 will look something like this:

    • CNAME autodiscover autodiscover.outlook.com.
    • MX 0 XXXXXXXX-com.mail.eo.outlook.com.
    • TXT <MS=ms#######>
    • TXT v=spf1 include:outlook.com ~all

The X’s and #’s above will need to be replaced by unique values provided by Office 365. (In some cases, the exact DNS records you get may be somewhat different from what you see above. This is just an example.)

Here are instructions from Microsoft about how to find those DNS records: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/office365-suite-help/gather-the-information-you-need-to-create-office-365-dns-records-HA104028359.aspx?CTT=5&origin=HA103106254

Once you have those DNS records, if you have any trouble entering them here at WordPress.com please let me know. I’d be happy to help you format and enter them on this end. :)
