Help changing color of header/menu

  I need help changing the color of the yellow header/menu on every page that’s not the main page, I tried everything from the CSS to appearance tab it’s just not working.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
