Help changing my theme into what i want

  Okay so i have this picture that i want to put as my theme but i dont know how too can someone help me? or can you not put a picture as your theme.

  sorry and yeah but like okay i picked a theme from wordpress but im wondering if u can do your own theme like a volleyball theme for example so when u visit my site youll see a volleyball theme not a wordpress theme like can u upload your own theme

  Many themes allow a custom header image or custom background image.

  Please go to your dashboard, select “Themes” and then use the filter for themes which allow for a custom header or a custom background.
  If you need help inserting an image into a post or page, check the support documents:

  Note that you might be able to read about how to do all sort of things with your wp.com blog there in that section.
