Help Connecting an already established wordpress

    I had a wordpress site that was hosted with bluehost, and I created a new domain name and they were supposed to transfer the site but it didn’t migrate – now I cannot access my wordpress site bc it was under the old domain name. And I also can’t migrate it again bc it says it is taken. Any suggestions?

    Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?

    Generally speaking, if the site was with Bluehost, we wouldn’t be able to help with that from our side.

    You may have to start again, which we can help with.
