help connecting from heathersmacneil.wordpress.com to heathersophiamacneil.com

    I am working on creating a website for my web design course for AU and I need to connect my domain to my wordpress. I did all the steps but never received a verification code to access my domain. I spoke with another student who said you need to recieve an email to activate it but that the email can not be sent to a .edu which is what I used so I need to have my email changed in my account.

    Hi there,

    It is not possible to change the address of a free site from it’s “wordpress.com” address to a custom address.

    To do that you will need to purchase one of the upgrades listed here, which include the ability to connect your custom heathersophiamacneil.com domain so it uses that address instead of the free “wordpress.com” address it has been assigned currently.
