Help deleting a site

to support@wordpress.comMy company has an old website through yall’s domain. The website is Charlesdonaldtimber.com. This was created by a former employee, and that former employee will not give us the information to access the website. It contains several errors, incorrect information, and former employees information. I need this site deleted, and I don’t know who to talk to or how to get in touch with anyone concerning this matter.

The domain, Charlesdonaldtimber.com, has never been registered with WordPress.com, nor connected to any site on our servers.
That domain is currently registered with Enom.com, and it appears to be pointing to Hostgator.com, where it was likely connected to a self-hosted WordPress website. Sites like that have nothing to do with WordPress.com, and you’d need to contact the hosting provider directly to get control over such a site, or to get it taken down.
However, the domain also appears to be redirecting to a completely different site, https://mobi.ourappsrock.com/m/cdtimber/, which isn’t a self-hosted WordPress site either. That site appears to be hosted on Amazon’s web hosting service.
