Help fix categories issue

on the website http://www.yourboozebag.com there are 3 main categories Football, Baseball, Basketball. When you click on one of these 3 it opens a page of the teams, but there should only be 30 Baseball & Basketball teams and 32 Football teams listed, but for some reason all of the subcategories also appear. What should happen is only the 30 or 32 team categories are displayed, then when you click on them a sub category opens listing the 4 choices. The sub category pages are very close to being correct, the 4 choices appear on the top line with select options, which is correct, but there is a 5th choice, which is the same icon as the team icon that was selected to get to this page with, view products, and when you click on it you go to a totally different screen which will confuse the customer. I am 99.9% sure it is something I have done wrong in setting this up but I have tried everything I can think of to fix it and no luck. If there are any suggestions I would really appreciate the help.
