Help! for "An error occurred while refunding your upgrade"

  Hi guys,

  I am a deaf Cagri. Last December 15, been paying my credit card without my knowledge. I could not cancel “WordPress Value Bundle”. How do I cancel? I’m getting an error message: “An error occurred while refunding your upgrade. Please contact support” Just keep the domain name. I do not know what to do. Waiting for wordpress team help.

  Hi there – I’ve removed the Value Bundle upgrade while keeping your private domain active, and issued a $73 refund. It can take 1-2 weeks for a refund to be reflected on your account.
