Help for domain’s transfer

  Dear Sir/Madam,
  I am moving my site into wordpress.org. Unfortunately on Blue Host portal it says the domain is locked and I can not transfer it to my new host provider. It would be great if you could help me with that.

  Hello there,

  If a domain is subject to a 60 day transfer lock, which can happen if a domain is newly registered or the contact details of the domain change – then it’s not possible to transfer the domain for 60 days.

  After that time, the domain can be transferred via these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/transfer-domain-registration/

  In the meantime, it is possible to point the domain to Bluehost via custom DNS settings: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/custom-dns/
